How Yetrix Mails handles workspace, admin, mailbox, and email service data while operating the platform.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create and operate Yetrix Mails accounts, including names, email addresses, workspace details, domains, mailbox configuration, authentication records, and support requests.
Account and workspace data
Workspace owners and admins may provide company names, workspace identifiers, domains, mailbox addresses, aliases, roles, status settings, audit events, and operational preferences.
Email service data
To provide hosted email features, Yetrix Mails may process mailbox metadata, folders, message headers, message bodies, attachments, delivery status, spam or quarantine signals, and sync logs where those features are enabled.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, mailbox session continuity, interface preferences, draft handling, and security. Persistent mailbox sessions should only be enabled on trusted devices.
How we use information
We use information to operate the product, authenticate users, manage workspaces, provide mailbox access, troubleshoot delivery and DNS issues, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
How we protect information
We apply technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, protected cookies, encryption where appropriate, audit logging, rate limiting, and administrative separation between platform and workspace roles.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may share limited information with infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security, or support providers when required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
We retain account, workspace, audit, and mail service data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or support customer-requested exports and deletion.
User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. Workspace users should first contact their workspace admin; admins may contact Yetrix support.
