A clear operating agreement for Yetrix Mails workspaces, mailbox users, domains, and administration tools.

Introduction

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Yetrix Mails, including workspace administration, hosted mailbox access, domain setup tools, and related support services.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be authorized to create or manage a workspace for your organization. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for protecting account credentials, managing mailbox users, and keeping contact and billing details accurate.

Workspace and mailbox usage

Yetrix Mails is intended for lawful business email. You are responsible for domain ownership, DNS changes, mailbox configuration, aliases, message content, and activity performed through your workspace.

Acceptable use

You may not use Yetrix Mails for unlawful activity, credential theft, impersonation, malware distribution, harassment, abusive automation, unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts other users, networks, or mail providers.

Email abuse and spam prohibition

Spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased recipient lists, misleading headers, phishing, and abusive sending are prohibited. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when abuse, deliverability harm, or provider policy violations are detected.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but email delivery depends on external networks, DNS, recipient providers, and infrastructure outside our direct control. Maintenance, outages, or security actions may affect access.

Billing and pricing

Pricing is not final for all customers. Where a paid plan or custom agreement applies, fees, renewal timing, limits, and support terms will be confirmed before commercial service begins.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yetrix Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, missed email, or deliverability outcomes.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, cause mail abuse, fail payment obligations, or threaten platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product, policies, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the website, admin dashboard, or direct notice where practical.
